Job Description: 

Procurement of all kind of Construction Material.
Planning of Major items like Steel, Cement, Aggregate,MEP materials, Finishing items ,HSD, Bituminous products and Lubricants for various projects
Making the purchase order in ERP , IPS & SAP based systems
Sending RFQ (Request for quotation) to vendors
Vendor development at all levels.
Conducting commercial negotiations with vendors.
Accountable for Bills and Payments of various vendors and suppliers
Procurement of Material
Material Management
Documentation
Negotiation with vendors
Vendor Management.
