Job Description:

"Checking Correctness of Drawings as per Local Municipal norms, Design co-ordination with external consultant must. Liaise Exp. will be added advantage.Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.Ensure timely MIS Reports
Should have good exposure to design of commercial buildings.Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google sketch-up and Revit (optional)Shall be responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, Finance for timely deliverablesWherever required shall co-ordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer"Should be a team worker & have Good communication skills

MS office, Autocad & 3D sketch up knowledge.Well versed with Building Rules & Regulations.Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings

Academic Qualification

Mandatory- B Arch ( No ATkt or back log) (Should be more than 60%)Desired-
Technical Skills Mandatory-Autocad & 3D sketch up
Desired- Revit
