1) Post- Engineer- BBS

Candidate Profile:
Qualification: BE/Dip-Civil

Exp : 3-6yrs

Job Profile:
Able to understand all types of drawings
Taking Off quantities from various drawings.
Understanding of Contract conditions, Bill Of Quantities, Specifications.
Preparing and Reviewing Bills.
Analysis of Rates. Preparing comparative statements
Planning total scope ( BBS ) for month.
Preparing BBS of RAFT, FOOTING, RETAING WALL, COLUMN, BEAMS & SLAB.
Quantity measurement: - like Concrete quantity of raft, retaing wall, footing, column, beam and slab. Shuttering quantity of the same, measurement of steel.
Certifying the Bill of Contractors.
Coordination with Site Engineer and Project Engineer.
Day to day site activities like all R.C.C related and finishing works of Residential and Commercial Buildings.
Planning and Execution of day to day activities.
Very good in rolling margin in reinforcement steel
