Openings for Circle Quality Engineer- Civil | Bharti Infratel Limited | 2 - 6 yrs | Sambalpur and other locations in North India

Job Description:

Responsible for respective Clusters Civil & Tower AT and maintain very good standard of erection at site to improve the overall quality.
Conduct periodic Quality inspections for Civil & Tower AT for New built Sites & Upgrade sites as per the schedule provided by CDH & CQH.
Take responsibility to clear Punch points along with Deployment team within SLA and declare FAT before declaring RFIed sites
Maintain all site documents and assist CQH to maintain Site folders containing all site related documents required as per Standard Technical Guidelines.
Train Vendors to improve quality of installation work to increase FTR ratio.
Coordinates with CQH and CPH to ensure timely reporting of BOQ non-compliance and deviations with Standard layout drawings.
Regular feedback (Daily & Weekly) to CQH about Site progress and issues, if any.
Carry out other Site inspections, Surveys and Audits as per requirements by Technical and other departments time to time.

Job Responsibility:
To prepare inspection plan in advance along with CQH for his respective clusters/areas based on the projections received from CDH. He has to collate Site Type, Tower Type, Land Size, BTS type, Standard Designs & BOQs in advance from CQH.
Contact Vendor/Deployment/PMC one day prior to inspection.
To conduct Civil and Tower AT inspection of sites with reference to documents (BOQ, Drawing, Check list, Specification) using all necessary tools and all manually written check list to be supported with site photograph ( photo should be clearly marked with date and time)
Prepare inspection report by filling the details as mentioned in check list. All Check lists to be signed by QI with name and date of inspection along with all site details.
To visit sites during major foundation activity and Tower installation work along with Deployment team.

To identify Punch Points (if any) and submit the same to CQH every week and give the original copy to respective Site Vendors and PMC/TSP for rectification along with SLA mentioned in it.
To verify rectification status of all punch points observed in previous inspection and provides FAT certifications, if cleared.
To train Vendors to avoid critical punch points to increase FTR ratio.
Daily reporting of visits and inspections (planned vs. actual)
Weekly once reporting at Circles/visits at circles with work in progress status
Submit Monthly activity summary for respective Clusters.
To prepare as built Layout drawing and submit along with final Site AT reports summary.
Verify BOQ Compliance- inform deviations, if any to CQH
To generate site wise FAT reports and keep the folder till the Site gets RFIed.
Submit Site wise report along with pictures as per the inspection guidelines.
To carry out inspection at tower strengthening sites post completion by TPA and certify AT post clearance of Punch points.
