Essential Functions & Key responsibilities

Preparation of project planning & project budget
Plan resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
Monitor construction schedules & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
Preparation and monitoring of budget
Work out the resource requirement (man power, equipment, material etc. so as to fulfill the construction schedule prepared)
Prepare MIS reportsQualifications & Experience

B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with 5 to 8 years experience in planning
Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera
Skills / Abilities / Knowledge
