Job description

We are seeking an Interior designer with at least 2 years experience in design and construction of workplaces.  Reporting directly to theOrganizational Development (OD) team based in Singapore and Hong Kong. The OD team will train you further in the advanced techniques of 3d modeling. 3d Max is of no interest to us. The 3d work is for developing working models of interiors for design and construction information and not for renderings.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in corporate office design and fitout
• Bachelors in Architecture/Interior design
• Positive can-do attitude
• Knowledge of SketchUp
• Collaborative and thoughtful in developing solutions to challenge traditional ways of working
• Prepared to challenge existing ideas and concepts about how designs and construction drawings can be done including the abandonment of all traditional AutoCAD and working only in a 3d modeled environment.
• Some travel to other cities may be required.
• A valid passport would be required soon in case some travel to Singapore or Hong Kong for training is needed.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Have extensive knowledge of Trimble Sketchup and Layout
• Have stronger experience in corporate office fitout and detailing
• Have excellent communication skills
