Job Description:

Imperia Structures Ltd, is in search of a MEP engineer for its ongoing commercial/Residential Projects
Candidates working with large room inventory preferred

Job Description-Well versed in preparation & co-ordination of Shop Drawing for Electrical Services/ Plumbing/ Fire fighting System & HVAC Services (MEP Services) for Commercial Complexes/ Residential/
Coordination and Planning with Architects, Consultant, Client, contractor
-Execution of project including management and supervision on day to day basis
-Preparation of B.O.Q., MOM (Minutes of meetings) and Work Distribution Chart. -Preparation and updating Project Reports which includes Construction Schedule, Material Procurement and Shop Drawing schedule, Man Power schedule, Progress & Handing Over Reports etc.
Preparation of material requirement & indent raising as and when required
-Checking of Bills raised by various contractors/agencies.
-Reconciliation of MEP material used at site.
-Preparation or verification of MEP sub-contractors bill at site.
-Planning and execution of project with site team / contractors / agencies and ensuring quality, speed, economy and safety at site.
-Quality control of the material, check material submittals as per IS code and B.O.Q.
-Understanding Architect drawings, workout and validate requirements of MEP Services.
-Involving in Tendering Process and Checking of Bills.
-Assisting in reviewing the drawings and materials before implementation.
-Supervision of installation of Electrical Services, HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting items as per standard norms.
-Assisting in reviewing the final drawings after execution and amend if required.
-Checking Internal & External Electrification works like Electrical services, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works, Fire Detection System, Security System.
