Job Description:

The primary purpose of the role is credit underwriting and risk management for his region. 
Responsibilities:
?Appraise /recommend / approve proposals as per the delegation of authority.
?Review delinquent cases and document learning’s / portfolio reviews for risk management
?Conduct process audits
?Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.
?Establish and monitor vendors; maintain a pipeline for growth / attrition.
?Implement system integration plans.
?Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets. 

Key Skills :

In depth knowledge of local market.
Networking with peers in competition & retail customers preferred.
Technical and professional know-how esp experience in working capital lending.
