- having completed at least one High Rise Tower

Sr Engineers / Engineers / Jr Engineers (Site Execution) 
- having High Rise Tower work experience

Planning Managers / Planning Engineers
- having MS Project / Prima Vera / Candy knowledge

Quantity Surveyors / Billing Engineers / BBS Engineers
- having experience in billing / measurement / rate analysis

MIS Assistants / Document Controllers
- having ISO QMS document control experience

Formwork Engineers / Shuttering & Staging Foremen
- having High Rise system formwork experience

Field Surveyors / Survey Assistants
- having survey experience in building works

Foremen / Supervisors / Chargehands
- having steel rebar / masonry work experience

QAQC Managers / QAQC Engineers
- having mix design / quality control / ISO QMS experience

Safety Engineers / Safety Officers
- having experience in High Rise Tower projects

Accountants / Accounts Assistants
- having ERP (SAP / Buildsmart / Tally ERP) experience

Administration Officers / Time Keepers / Camp Boss
- having construction site experience

Storekeepers / Store Assistants
- having construction site experience

Plant & Machinery Engineers (Mechanical & Electrical)
- having experience with Tower Cranes, Hoists, Lifts, Concrete Pumps, Batching Plants etc.
