Job Description: Regular planning and scheduling of the concerned project along with detailed working for different construction activities. Co-ordination with architectural agency, structural consultants and other consultants for obtaining all permissions / approvals for completion of the scheduled work adhering to the TQT. Maintain speed of the project as outlined by the Management without compromising on quality aspects.

Job Description: Heading entire site with respect to the projects as per plan Planning, scheduling and monitoring the site execution Resources planning and its mobilization Site management Ensuring fulfillment of material requirement on time Coordinate with Architects and consultants for the GFC and other required drawings and documents

Work Experience: 20-25 Years

MEP ENGINEER : Engineering


Job Description: Supervising the execution as per the MEP drawing Coordinate with architects and MEP consultants for the MEP designs Provide inputs for the betterment of the projects with respect to MEP services

Education: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil
Work Experience: 5-8 Years

SITE ENGINEER (FINISHING) : Engineering


Job Description: Execution of finishing work as per the instruction Maintain quality and timelines for the finishing work Coordinate for the resources and material required for the finishing work

Education: B.E.
Work Experience: 3-4 Years

JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER (FINISHING) : Engineering


Job Description: Supervising finishing activities as instructed by seniors Getting work done through contractors and checking the quality of work Report on daily basis for each work in progress and completion

BILLING ENGINEER : Engineering


Job Description: Checking RA bills as per the work completion and contracts term Quantification and assessing the quantum of work as per drawing Completing the bills checking as per the target and sent to CBD / Audit

SR. PLUMBING SUPERVISOR : Engineering


Job Description: Supervise on plumbing executions as per the MEP design Assessment of materials and floating the requirement Monitoring the work performed by plumbing contractors assisting engineers during billing and its certification Study the designs and giving inputs for any variance

Education: ITI Plumbing
Work Experience: 5-7 Years

JR. PLUMBING SUPERVISOR : Engineering


Job Description: Supervise on plumbing executions as per the MEP design as instructed by engineers Assessment of materials and floating the requirement Monitoring the work performed by plumbing contractors assisting engineers during billing and its certification Study the designs and giving inputs for any variance

JR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER : Engineering


Job Description: Monitoring the electrical execution work as per the MEP designs Getting work done through contractors and assessment of work as per the contract terms Assessing Electrical design in MEP and provide any inputs on variances Attending meeting with consultants and follow-up for any pending designs

FACILITY EXECUTIVE : Engineering


Job Description: Supervision on facilities for possession (HK, Electrical, Plumbing, Security,etc.) Maintain documents for billing Assist seniors for society formation Coordinate with external agencies for the facility services Maintain costumer complaint register and its resolution / work completion Maintain healthy relationship with customers Attending all meetings and execute all facility work as per the instruction

Education: Graduate / Dip. Hospitality

FIRE OFFICER: Engineering


Job Description: Coordinate with Fire Department for NOC and documentation Study the MEP design for fire fighting system and supervise on execution of the fire fighting system Maintaing documentation for all AMC of pumps and fire fighting system Coordinate with consultants for the maintenance and execution work of Fire fighting system Provide site training on fire fighting to staff and customers Assist during fire official visits at site Preparing incident reports and follow-up for any cases
