Civil Residential Highrise Structures Finishes External Development

Responsibilities:

1. To study the drawings and specifications and accordingly execute the projects
2. To ensure compliance with planning, organizing resources, setting standards of quality,etc
3. To assist Project Manager/Block Incharge in execution & planning
4. To monitor the project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned
5. Highlight the deviations for proactive measures of damage control

Note :- 1. Candidates must have prior experience in execution of Residential projects (Either from developers/Contracting background)
2. Candidates presently working in Bangalore only can apply for the position
