Post : Site Engineer

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: BE/Diploma-Civil

Exp: 3-7yrs

Job Profile:

Regular meetings with junior staff/vendors to discuss project progress, etc.

Coordinating with other professional consultants (Architecture, Interior, electrical and Structural).as required

Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess, programme and quality.

Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractors bill certification and familiarity with external / internal plumbing & sanitary systems, water supply & sewage treatment, Electrical Drawings etc. 

Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractors financial claims and process payments to contractor.

Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.

Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality and good workmanship practice.

Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety Hazards on site.

Managing junior staff, 

Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports. 

Professional workload includes project managing various office fit outs and refurbishment instructions.

Taking Responsible of ongoing civil work such as Residential, Villas,Layout, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc

Execution of all construction activities as per drawing and schedule. 

Planning the works and organize the plants and tools efficiently.

Project Details: 2 Basement + Ground + 6 Floors

Job Location: Patto Plaza panjim (Goa)
