Primary Purpose:
The Project Controls Lead Analyst position will be assigned to either a role in Planning, Cost Engineering, Project Controls or Field PCM or a combination. With minimal supervision, the individual at this level is responsible for independently applying advanced project controls techniques and analyses. The level may handle commercial issues and will provide leadership and guidance to less experienced project control personnel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Working independently on mid-size/large complex EPC projects. The candidate will be assigned to perform the duties of one or more roles defined below:
Working as a Lead Scheduling / Cost professional:
Leads Project Controls efforts to prepare baseline schedule / cost deliverables.
Knowledgeable in key scheduling / cost processes.
Knowledge in field construction and startup planning.
Addresses contractual requirements related to schedule / cost control.
Ensures compliance with tools / processes
Interface with project team to identify critical / risk issues and advises on matters affecting project execution.
Interfaces with Consortium / JV partners / Subcontractors on project controls functions and processes.
Support as expert in scheduling forensics
Prepares and analyzes project cash flows, projected costs at completion, and risk and opportunities assessment.
Support proposal efforts as assigned.
MS Office Products.
Primavera P6, V6.0 or higher.
Microsoft Project.

Minimum Qualifications:
15 years or more in planning/scheduling, cost engineering, and/or contract administration.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

B.E. / B. Tech in related field
