JOB SUMMARY 

(Brief about the existence of the position)

• Incumbent should have 3-6 years of relevant experience, to maintain the activities like site management/Execution/ Planning/ commissioning at Project site.

• Preference would be given to candidates from eastern region with Pre- Engineered Buildings (PEB) experience. Incumbents should be willing to travel & work at Projects assigned in Northern Region. 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

• Erection and supervision of PEB structures as per the schedules

• Follow up of material requirements at site with head office

• Co-ordination with client/consultants

• Processing of contractor bills

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(Apart from regular activities )

Customer relations management and customer service.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

1.Technical Knowledge in Civil, Architecture

2.Computer Skills ( MS- Office PowerPoint, Excel and word)
