Civil / Structural Engineer | RMS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd

Job Description:

• A graduate /diploma in Civil / Structural Engineer.

• With 2-3 Years of Experience in construction industry preferably in residential flats.

• Able to handle Day-to-day progress and monitoring of the project schedule.

• Should posses the knowledge to prepare preliminary intermediate and finishing schedules.

• Quality control and report for execution.

• Bill checking of contractor and bill passing & Monitoring day to day civil project activities 

• Follow up with contractors, checking the specification and quality of the project activities checking all the running bills of Items & materials of the all the contractor related to project. 

• Coordination with the Architects and the Contractors for drawings and time plan. 

• Making the purchase request of the items related to the Civil & Projects

• Cross checking of all the bills as per BOQ

• Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.

• Maintain the quality of works & ensure safety procedures are followed.

Experience 

- Diploma in Civil with min 3 years exp

- BE civil with min 1 year exp
