The commissioning documentation preparation for the full scope, including but not limited to, commissioning procedure, ITPL’s quality commissioning, test certificates, test procedure, cleaning procedure, acid cleaning concept, steam blowing procedure, functional test procedure, contractual commissioning procedure, commissioning planning, Permit to work procedure, special tools list required, TOP preparation, operation instructions, etc. for all function mechanical, electrical, and I&C

Responsibility:

Ensure all interaction, coordination, in all areas between Construction Activities and Engineering as well as Commissioning. 

The commissioning documentation preparation for the full scope, including but not limited to, commissioning procedure, ITPL’s quality commissioning, test certificates, test procedure, cleaning procedure, acid cleaning concept, steam blowing procedure, functional test procedure, contractual commissioning procedure, commissioning planning, Permit to work procedure, special tools list required, TOP preparation, operation instructions, etc. for all function mechanical, electrical, and I&C. Preparation for the full MDL list for commissioning. 
Supports all mechanical commissioning activities for water/steam cycle, steam Turbine / generator, balance of plant and the plant overall during tender, engineering and site execution stages. 
Organizational: 

Respect project milestones and provide information to the lead commissioning preparation and support to secure them. 
Keep a diary to record daily work, meeting summary and actions, occurrences, problems, and a list of open items. 
Work off the open item list in arrangement with the Lead Commissioning Technology. 
Commissioning Tendering Support: 

Participate and support tender activities and projects where commissioning technology knowledge is required. 
Provide the man hour budget for tendering. 

Maintain the commissioning technology and support the commissioning of the specified systems. 
Participation in constructability and design reviews as invited. 
Participation in detailed scheduling for Commissioning. 
Preparation and follow-up of Commissioning Document list. 
Follow-up of, verification of and support for the commissioning documentation prepared by Partners and Participants. 
Preparation of commissioning documentation like: 
Issuing and maintenance of standard commissioning procedure and test certificate. 
Project specific, Commissioning Procedures, Cleaning Procedure, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPL), 
Functional Test Procedures, in order to perform commissioning according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, the environmental protection measures and the local regulations. 
Prepare the Commissioning Documentation schedule in line with the Project Milestones and Schedule (MTS,STS), follow-up and ensure on-time delivery of the documentation. 
Design of temporary systems for commissioning, such as circuit cleaning and temporary facilities. 
Identify additional commissioning tests defined by contract and local regulations beyond the regular commissioning scope and update the project specific commissioning documentation accordingly. 
Ensure that the standard commissioning documentation is kept up to date, where process improvements are continuously implemented according to the site experience response and technical development 
Support and guide the Commissioning Lead Engineers and Commissioning Engineers during the job preparation and job completion as specified in the work instructions. 
Support the commissioning team on site with short-term job assignments to provide know how and to maintain competence in the specified systems. 
Determine the turnover packages from Erection to Commissioning as well as Commissioning to the Customer 
Support and participate at factory equipment testing , component and prototype testing 
Operating instructions: 

Issuance of the plant overall and mechanical operating instructions 
Review the mechanical suppliers operating documentation 
Coordination and follow up the operating manual compilation 

Customer training: 

Support customer training material preparation 
Organization of training curriculum and customer negotiation in agreement with project management. 
Participation to customer training.

Candidate Profile :

Qualifications (technical & economic), competencies & knowledge needed to fulfil the position 
Education & Trainings 
Mandatory (MUST) 
Degree in Engineering 

Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) 
Specialization in Power Plant 
Professional Experience 
Experience gained on the job during professional life 

Mandatory (MUST) :

•Relevant experience in large Power plant projects 
• At least 3-6 years’ experience in the Field of Engineering for major Power/Chemical/ Petrochemical Plants in total; 
• 1 to 4 years’ experience as a commissioning engineer for water/steam cycle, steam turbine, and/or balance of plant. 
Experienced in quality processes and documentation •  

Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) 
• Course of studies appropriate to the technical field involved 
• Specific Knowledge about the relevant international codes and standards ANSI, ASME, API, NFPA , HEI, PTC etc.;  Functional Know-how
