Job description/Mission 

#LI-SNAs Construction Technique has recently announced that a dedicated Customer Centre shall becreated in India, we are looking for a Business Line Manager for Construction TechniqueService. This position shall report to the General Manager of the Construction TechniqueCustomer Centre once appointed.- Development and implementation of the CRS division business plan developed in accordancewith the strategy, guidelines and goals defined with the CRS Division to create sustainable ,profitable growth.- Take direct responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet of the CRS business- To support the group's vision "First in mind… First in choice…" and promote the corevalues:Interaction, Commitment and Innovation- To develop a strong support for "People-Care", Training and Development of Personnel.- Establish a clear organization based around the "3 pillar" structure of Sales and Marketing,Operations and Technical Support, ensuring we create an efficient and agile organizationcapable of delivering a superior customer experience.- Work closely together with other the capital equipment Business Line Managers to ensure thatthe Construction Technique Business Area has a homogeneous approach to the market in theterritory with an aim to achieve ambitious target.

Experience/Knowledge requirements 

The candidate shall have successful track record in sales/marketing of equipment or serviceproducts.Previous successful experience in managing an Aftermarket organization is preferredStrong customer focus, and understanding of the processes required to support high qualityservice deliveryFamiliar with managing in a highly demanding and competitive business environment

Educational requirements 

University degree, technically/commercially oriented or equivalent through experience

Personality requirements 

Self confident, highly motivated, positive and pro-active person, target and result orientedCapable to establish clear sets of actions, take initiative and deliver the required resultsStructured and having a strong attention to detail as well as a sense of urgency.Ambitious personality with excellent analytical,commercial and negotiating skills.
