Job Description:  Project Manager – Road, Bridge, Pilling.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently handle works and coordinate with Architect, consultants and Sub Contractors for site related issues.
• Study of drawings and reporting any discrepancies.
• Regular monitoring work progress and reporting the same.
• Ensures all aspects of quality are adhered to. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
• Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for contractors and operative.
• Earlier Knowledge in construction of Bridge, Piling, Well Foundation work at top level is Must
• To prepare & maintain the open & close item lists and to chase the status on open items.

Candidate Requirement

Eligibilities:

B.Tech or BE in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years experience in Major Bridge, Piling, Well Foundation works.
Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership/management role within an organization executing related works.
In-depth understanding of subcontractor rates, labor rates, material rates pertaining to civil works of bridge, pilling works
