• Portfolio monitoring & Analysis for Construction Finance Business.

• Regular tracking of the developer performance and receivables • Design, Development & Monitoring of Credit Underwriting processes on Sales force & Finnone. • Formation & Implementation of policy & process amendments. • Managing Monthly Policy & Process Audit. • Interaction with Business, Credit, OPS and IT to ensure smooth functioning of system & identifying opportunities & solutions to reduce risk from the system
