JD is as follows: 

·To check all the quantities of different activities, BOQ, rate analysis, design and prepare the contract.

· Preparing Brief for contractor to float tender.

·Negotiation and finalization of Contractors for different activities as per plan.

· Contract Administration - Check all WO / Contract / Labor License / Insurance policy / Bank Guarantee and change management.

· To provide a lead role in the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance, including:

1.) Managing performance to SLAs and against KPIs.

 2.) Ensuring all other contractual obligations are fulfilled.

 3.) Handling and managing complaints.

· Site Mobilization of contractors.

· To work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the strategy is understood and delivered through effective supplier and contract management.

· Responsibility for managing strategic contracts and supplier performance in accordance with the company policies.

· Ensure that all contract executed in time and budget.

· Ensure timely payment of contractor / sub-contractors.

· Liaise with Project Manager to assist site planning and ensure smooth workflow within deadlines.

· Intervene and agree action plans to recover delays where possible. Ensure timely request for and delivery of all information that is on the critical path.

·Compile reports to demonstrate progress against Planned activities and budget.

 'To support the Head SCM to deliver efficiencies and service improvements.

Maintaining relation with the contractors available in the market and should be aware of the latest trends in the market.

  Drive process and contract efficiencies for the allocated portfolio of contracts.

·Ensuring appropriate career development and knowledge sharing with junior employees.

 Ensure quality control and compliance of contract.
